Family Audit
A brand belonging to the Autonomous Province of Trento, Family Audit was created to promote and support family well-being in organizations through a better work-home balance. Cooperation Trentina was among the first companies to voluntarily adopt this management tool, reorganizing the company with the aim of creating a "family friendly" working environment. In fact, personnel management policies have been introduced that focus on the balance between the private needs of workers and those of the company; Among these, the Solidarity Hours Bank stands out, thanks to which collaborators offer their colleagues the opportunity to face family emergencies with more serenity.
